We visit our clients regularly and talk to them; sometimes we bring parts of a new collection with us and explain new trends. But mainly we listen to what they have to say and watch what they do. For all fellow clients here are a few noteworthy points to improve your interaction with your customer in the store:
- window decoration is changed often; client are curious and ‘eat’ with their eye. Keep them curious.
- successful clients host events, regularly 2-4 times a year . These events may or may not be sales events; customer engagement is important.
- if you have a social medium account like facebook, just go ahead and post new arrivals in your store or new ideas or new trends. It is not really import to sell online at this stage but to engage them. Keep them interested.
- do not worry about online competition; do your thing.
Inside your store have a few focal points that drawn the attention of your customer because they are so nice and beautiful just like the photo above. Shoes, accessories (bag, jewelry, belt) and the outfit itself are fun to look at and get excited.
