Who we are?

A fashion agency and distributor connecting designers, manufacturers with their target market

Modeagentur SUE has been founded in 2001 in Zurich. We have grown a close customer relationship over these years. Currently, we prepare the collections in our show room 4 times a year and advice customers when we explain the collection about fits, designs, fabric and commercial aspects. In addition to our classical sales and marketing activities such as visiting customers and going to their events we also work though e-mail marketing and blogs to share news with our customers and to launch special market activities.

Show Room activities

Our show room is open all year and is located close to the Swiss fashion center in Zurich and the airport. We carefully prepare the collection for our customers for presentation. Flexible elements allow us to arrange the show room according to the needs of the collection.

e-mail marketing and blogging

We employ modern tools of marketing such as e-mail marking where we can monitor customer responses allowing us to specifically interact with them. It is fun to inform the customer about new development, special marketing efforts and fashion fairs.

Touring customers

The most classical but still one of the most effective ways to interact with customers is: visit them. Does not sound high-tech, but it works and is fun. Trust us: We would not have been able to launch new products without that. And we travel a lot.

Creating excitement

Emotions of you label and the feeling of your brand needs to reach the customer through us. The show room must convey these feelings. When we live it, customers may follow. But just asking the customer do so and not doing it ourselves does not work.

Product training

When we explain the product in our show room that information may not reach the sales staff in the shops when its needed.That is why we offer product training. We go to the shop, meet the sales staff and explain the product with emphasis on sales and story telling.

Growing customer base

We actively grow our customer base. New products and changes in the market (online retail) challenge the market constantly. Serving a strong customer base is great and customer acquisition is key in staying on top.
